Consider…
It is no minor thing to “know guys”, especially those that will come along side of us in our walk with Christ. We need guys that will pray for us and with us (1 Tim. 2:8), encourage us in the Spirit (1 Thes. 5:11), help us to rightly divide the word of truth (2 Tim. 2:15), correct or rebuke us when we stray (Gal. 6:1), and help us up when we fall (Ecc. 4:10). We are, after all, our brother’s keeper (Gen. 4:9).
Pray…
My Lord, Your word warns me against isolation (Prov. 18:1). Help me to grow in relationships with Spirit-filled men that love me and seek to help me grow in the Spirit, and equip me to do the same for others. (Prov. 27:17)
